The pool is approximately 21 metres long and 6'2" at its deepest point. The poolhall retains most of its original features in particular the terrazo surrounds and it also boasts a trapeze and rings for the more energetic bathers. On the poolside there is a large glass-fronted sauna facing up the length of the pool, and the shower rooms and hot bath rooms are located in rooms along the poolside. The pool is open from early till late and there is some segregated swimming during the week.
