The Arlington to us is more than just a gym or leisure club. It is a community. People make Glasgow, and it’s the members that make the Arlington and make it special. Of course, the beautiful Victorian setting and state of the art facilities help. But it’s always lovely to bump into friends, old and new, have a chat, or just peacefully co-exist with others in the club. At times we’ve used the Arlington for fitness training, yoga practice or signing in visitors for family fun on the trapeze. Some days it is just a great place to chill. Being part of a members' run club makes it our community, and in these uncertain times, community is everything. That’s why we are sticking with the Arlington.
