Membership more than doubled from 639 to 1,286. Senior fees frozen at £616.

Income more than doubled from £305k to £725k.

Expenditure included around £800k of uncapitalised renovations & improvements

Income increased every year ahead of expenditure.

A surplus every single year.

Liabilities fell from £538k to £43k. Long term liabilities fell to zero.

The club net worth increased from £5,470 to £856,437. The club, including the uncapitalised renovations, has increased in value by over £100k each year
